BHE Policies & Procedures

We're excited to welcome families to eat lunch with their student!  Visitors eat lunch in the Library with their student.  We are limited on space, so it is necessary to schedule your lunch visit ahead of time.  Please try to limit your reservations to once a week and be sure to include your student's name and teacher's name on your reservation.  If you ever cannot make your reservation, please call the school to let us know at 817-367-2583.

Please remember, you may only eat lunch with your student.  We can only allow Parents/Guardians and/or people listed on a student's Emergency Contact list to eat lunch with a student.  We are unable to accommodate lunch visitors on our STAAR Testing Days and our Academy 4 Fridays - a Friday once a month - these days are not on the calendar.
